The Process

How consignment works.

Send us the bag

Share photos and details on WhatsApp, or book a visit and hand it over in person. Include the box, dustbag and receipt if you have them — they raise the value.

We authenticate it

Our team inspects hardware, stitching, leather, codes and construction in-house. If a piece fails authentication it never reaches the shop.

We agree a price

We document the condition, compare current market pricing, and agree a listing price with you. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

We photograph and list

We shoot the piece, write the listing, and publish it to the shop, our social channels and live selling sessions.

We handle the sale

Every buyer question, extra photo request and negotiation runs through us. You are not dealing with strangers in your inbox.

You get paid

Once the buyer confirms receipt and the return window closes, your payout is released — bank transfer or as otherwise agreed.

Notes

Commission — agreed in writing before listing. No upfront fee, no listing charge, no hidden deductions.
Duration — listings run for an agreed period. If a piece has not sold, we can re-price, extend, or return it to you.
Return — you may withdraw an unsold item at any time, subject to the terms in your consignment agreement.
Condition — we document wear plainly. We do not list items with undisclosed damage or questionable provenance.
Storage — pieces are held securely for the duration of the listing.
